<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an image display high in accuracy and good in contrast ratio by preventing a reflected light from a light emitting boundary thereby preventing the generation of a light leakage current in a liq. crystal display device using a TFT. CONSTITUTION:A transparent plate 181 having a reflection preventing film 180 is stuck onto the light emitting boundary of the first electrode substrate 101 of a liq. crystal display device 10. As a result, at the time of a manufacturing, the reflection preventing film 180 can be formed without exerting adverse influence to a TFT 170 and the reflection preventing film 180 mutually to prevent the generation of the light leakage current. Thus the quality of display image is improved by eliminating an incident light to the TFT 170 from a downside thereby preventing the reflected light at the light emitting boundary.</p> |
