PURPOSE:To conduct an off-line test of an automatic control unit as a body to be tested in test environment close to a production line which is actually placed in operation, and to decrease field test man-hours, make the test efficient, and shorten the test period and reduce the cost. CONSTITUTION:A simulation signal generating device 7 generates a controlled system simulation signal simulating a controlled system confirmation signal sent from the facility side of the production side that sends and receives data to and from a host computer 1, and the simulation signal generating device 7 outputs the controlled system simulation signal to a simulation means 5 which confirms and adjusts the function of the automatic control unit as the body to be tested. |
