PURPOSE:To make accurate execution supervisor of a program possible by supervising number of times of execution of macro-instruction in a program and discontinuing infinite loop state due to an error of logic of the program forcibly. CONSTITUTION:A user inputs designated number of times of macro-instruction used in a program 1 from an inputting means 4 and stores in a macro-instruction number of times of designation setting means 5. When the program 1 operates and macro-instruction to which designated number of times is set is executed, a macro-instruction number of times of execution accumulating means 6 refers to the number of times of execution heretofore of the macro-instruction and adds '1' to the number of times. A number of times decision means 7 compares the number of times of execution of the macro-instruction and number of times designated by the user. When the number of times of execution is larger than the designated number of times, it is judged as abnormal, and processing of the program 1 is discontinued forcibly by a process discontinuing means 8.
