PURPOSE:To obtain a multiplex broadcast receiver receiving multiplex data without causing missing data even in the case of AF list comparison processing being frequency data of the same program. CONSTITUTION:In the case of executing AF list comparison processing, a microcomputer 2 of a radio data system(RDS) receiver 10 allows a 1st FM tuner 14 to execute AF list comparison processing and allows a 2nd FM tuner 15 to extract multiplex data. When the AF list comparison processing is not executed, the reception levels of the 1st FM tuner 14 and the 2nd FM tuner 15 are compared and detected and a diversity SW 20, a 1st changeover switch SW 21 and a 2nd changeover switch 22 are controlled based on the comparison result. Thus, each FM tuner is selected respectively to an audio circuit 16 or an RDS decoder 23. |
