PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a general purpose facsimile equipment as an input output terminal at the window of a selfgoverning body or the like by storing a cut out area designation information, corresponding to the kind of data, informed beforehand from a host computer, in the facsimile communication equipment. CONSTITUTION:The facsimile equipment 3 is installed at the window, and it reads a picture data to be inputted to the host computer 1, and transmits the read data to a circuit switcher 4 through a facsimile procedure, after the kind of the data and an introductory number are added to it by an operator. The facsimile communication equipment 2 receives the data from the facsimile equipment 3 through the circuit switcher 4, and according to the cut out area designation data from the host computer 1 and the kind of data information, inputted from the facsimile equipment 3, it cuts out the prescribed picture area, and converts it into a data form to be transferred to the host computer 1, or on the contrary, converts it into the data form, by which the data from the host computer 1 is transferred to the facsimile equipment 3. |
