PURPOSE:To realize the reduction and recycling of waste synthetic resins and to fully utilize waste synthetic resins by combining virgin synthetic resins with waste synthetic resins. CONSTITUTION:This tape is prepared by combining at least a virgin synthetic resin with a waste synthetic resin in a specified ratio. Alternatively, it is prepared by laminating a plurality of tapes made of a virgin synthetic resin and a plurality of tapes made of a waste synthetic resin. A process comprising melting a virgin synthetic resin, grinding a waste synthetic resin into pellets, melting the pellets, extruding these melts into a laminated film, cutting the laminated film into tapes and stretching the tapes is also adopted.
