<p>PURPOSE:To provide a clearance adjusting device at a low cost, which can easily perform the fine adjustment of an axial clearance of a pin connection part. CONSTITUTION:A boss 31 with a female screw is fixed to a boss 23, which is integrated with a bucket lug 19 of a hydraulic shovel, by a bolt 32. A male screw 44 of a collar 41 is screwed into a female screw 34 of the boss 31 with a female screw. A stud pin 52 of a flange 51 is fitted in a stud pin insertion hole 45 of the collar 41 so that the collar 41 can be rotate with the flange 51. The flange 51 is provided with plural bolt holes 62 with an equal pitch in the circumference thereof. When the collar 41 is rotated by the flange 51 through the stud pin 52, the collar 41, which is screwed with the boss 31 with a female screw, is moved in the axial direction on the circumferential surface of a pin 22, which is projected from a boss 21 provided in the tip of an arm, so as to adjust a clearance 28. The flange 51 after the adjustment of the rotation is fixed to the boss 31 with a female screw by bolts 61 inserted into the bolt holes 62 of the flange 51.</p> |
