<p>A roof drill bit assembly comprising a roof drill bit (20) and a chuck (50). The roof bit contains a cavity (28) which opens at the rearward end thereof. Upon assembly the bit (20) and the chuck (50), the cavity (28) receives the axially forward end of the chuck. A sealing member is between the roof drill bit (20) and the chuck (50) so as to provide a fluid-tight connection between the chuck (50) and the roof bit (20).</p> |
