<p>PURPOSE:To improve the assembly efficiency of the bottom plate of the upright piano. CONSTITUTION:The base plate part 12 of the steel-made bottom board 10 is nearly in an L shape and composed of a bottom part 14 and a front base 16. At the base part 14, three couples of pedal metal pieces 24a-28b and two couples of balance metal pieces 38a-40b are cut and raised. Further, annular grooved spring receivers 48 and 50 are recessed. This bottom board 10 is manufactured by press machining, so the manufacture process is extremely simplified. Further, the need to assemble support members such as the pedal metal pieces 24a-28b an balance metal pieces 38a-40b, etc., and the toe rail base 16 to the bottom board 10 is eliminated.</p> |
