Magnetic universal joint

摘要

The universal joint has a first spherical member contained within a complementary recess of a second member. The first spherical member provides a mounting for a pair of legs capable of pivotal movement. Magnetic means constrain the first member within the recess of the second member. Also disclosed is a mechanical movement system using such a joint and a jigging system in combination with a mechanical movement system having such a joint.
