The microorganism cultivating catalyst is composed of 44% corn powder, 44% wheat powder, 6% rice powder, 3% barley powder, 1.5% potato powder, 4% nitrogen, 0.1% inorganic material, 6% slaked lime, 1% grape sugar, 50% anhydrous iron silicate, 19% white clay, 3% red clay, 7% zeolite, 0.01% colorant, 0.01% microorganism immobilizing agent, 0.09% nutrient, 0.79% chemical and 9% water. The inorganic material is P, Mg, Ca, Zn, Cu, K or Co. The catalyst increases the oxidation and the degradation of organics in the treatment of waste water and waste materials.
