PURPOSE:To provide a flexible wiring board connecting device not constrained by a manufacturing site without positional alignment of contacts of a connector and terminals of a first flexible wiring board at the time of fixing the connector to the first flexible wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A fixing portion 19 is formed on the surface of the intermediate portion of a first flexible wiring board 15, and a connector 10 is secured to the board 15 with insertion ports 12a, 12b directed toward the tip thereof. The tip of the first flexible wiring board 15 is bent over so that contact plugs formed at the tips of the first flexible wiring board 15 are inserted into the insertion ports 12a, 12b of the connector 10. Contact plugs formed at the tips of a second first flexible wiring board 16 are superposingly inserted into the insertion ports 12a, 12b. The contact plugs of the first and second flexible wiring boards 15, 16 are connected inside the connector 10. Moreover, the fixing portion 19 is fixed to a pick-up. |
