The shock and vibration absorber has a body (1), receiving the engine torque, rotating a central hub (7) through elastic elements (8). The central hub rotates with the output shafts (4,5). The body is closed by two end plates (2,3) concentric with the output shafts and the body.The hub is concentric with the body, and the elastic elements are housed in volumes between grooves in the body and grooves in the hub. Inside the body in the disengaged volume can be a free wheel for driving the output shaft (4) or a classical differential for driving both outlet shafts.
