PURPOSE:To obtain a pickling paste in a new form for removing inhibiting factors in producing a pickle caused by physical properties of the pickling paste and provide a method for producing the pickle using the paste. CONSTITUTION:This pickling sheet is obtained by sandwiching a pickling paste between woven fabrics or nonwoven fabrics and extending the paste to the width thereof. Furthermore, this method for producing a pickle is to roll a pickling material, laid and arranged on the sheet from the end of the sheet into a spiral form, reshape the roll into a cylindrical form, then season and age the pickling material. |
