<p>PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a voltage-nonlinear resistor which stabilizes the voltage nonlinearity of a resistor element mainly composed of ZnO elements, and also reduces the heat loss and limit voltage ratio at stationary time so as to improves the load life property. CONSTITUTION:Auxiliary addition ingredients to be added to zinc oxides are wetly smashed and dried and calcined on one hand (steps 11-14), and specified oxide compounds selected separately are wetly smashed and dried and calcined on the other (steps 21-24) to get a reactive product, and the calcined substance of the auxiliary addition ingredients, the metallic oxide compounds, and the zinc oxides are wetly smashed together with an organic binder to make mixed slurry (step 15). This mixed slurry is sprayed and dried with a spray drier to get granular powder high in fluidity, and a fixed amount of this granular powder is weighed and is molded with a press, and then it is baked, keeping the specified temperature and time, and insulating material of inorganic matter is applied on the side face, and then it is baked again to get a resistor; this is such manufacture of a voltage-nonlinear resistor.</p> |
