<p>PURPOSE: To more widely utilize usable information and to improve the routing by arranging a set of simultaneous requests corresponding to one or more parameters and routing the requests in the order. CONSTITUTION: Hosts 102-i (i)=1, 2,...} exchange information through a network 106 and the network 106 is provided with links 110-K (K=1, 2,...) for connecting nodes 108-j (j)=1, 2,...) with each other and connecting them to the hosts 102-i. The network 106 utilizes complete information for routing through the use of a central routing request processor 101. The request processor 101 is connected to the hosts 102-i and obtains the complete information for the state of the network. In such a manner, a cost for some route passing through the network is decided. Then, all virtual circuits inside the network 106 are efficiently routed from a certain standard, for instance the view point of maximizing the entire amount of a band width to be decided.</p> |
