PURPOSE:To make structure simple and facilitate manufacture and make flow passage resistance at the time of full valve opening small and control an intake air amount with high precision. CONSTITUTION:A first intake air control block 20 is provided upstream of a valve body 14, and a second intake air control block 30 is provided downstream of the valve body 14. The respective intake air control blocks 20, 30 are formed of synthetic resin. A dewatering passage 33 is provided at the second intake air control block 50. When a rotary displacement amount from the idle position of the valve body 14 is smaller than a predetermined value, the upper end portion 14a of the valve body 14 makes a turning movement along the rear surface 22 of the first intake air control block 20, and the lower end portion 14b of the valve body 14 makes e turning movement along the front surface 31 of the second intake air control block 50. Intake air at this time receives flow passage resistance substantially due to the intake air control blocks 20, 30. |
