Colander intended for extracting the must from grapes or pressing grapes which consists of a vertical cylindrical barrel in which, approximately in the middle and in the vertical direction, there is a series of back-to-back perforated small channels and, in the other half, a membrane of plastic material which expands through the action of air against the opposite wall where the said small channels are located. The pressed grapes enter via the top and once the tank is totally or partially full are compressed by the said membrane, the grape must exiting via the said small channels which provide communication between its lower part and the outside where the must obtained is collected. <IMAGE>
