The plastics envelope (1) has a metal clip to close it, and has an insertion sheet with two writing fields (12,13) on each side of the sheet. There are two windows in the same side of the envelope, in positions corresponding to the writing fields. A tear-off paper strip (7) may be made on one side of the insertion sheet, on a partly underlaid silicon paper, or on a section of the sheet smeared with silicon oil. The windows may be covered in stuck-on transparent foil (10). A tearing seal made of paper can be used, partly on the envelope and partly on the edge of the closing flap (5).
