DISPLAY SWITCHING METHOD FOR WINDOW PATTERN AND DISPLAY SWITCHING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily confirm a window operation, its content or relation between windows by displaying identification information representing contents of plural windows through scrolling and indicating an optional location of the identification information by a cursor so as to update a display sequence of the identification information of the plural displayed windows. CONSTITUTION:Identification information 2 indicating contents of plural windows 1 being displayed as active windows at present or having been active while being opened before is displayed simultaneously or with scrolling at a prescribed location on a display screen. Then an optional location of the identification information 2 is pointed out by using a cursor to active a concerned window 1 to update a display sequence of the identification information 2 of the plural windows 1 displayed at present. Thus, the relation of sequence of opened and activated windows 1 is visually recognized.
