PURPOSE:To adopt a structure which makes it possible to install a ceiling beam clearance and process the clearance on site so as to comply with an extended state of the ceiling beam on the installation site and enhance the design ability and the rigidity of each panel at an area to be processed. CONSTITUTION:In a sanitary room unit having a ceiling beam clearance 4, a wall 2 of the room and a ceiling 3 are fabricated based on a dimension which does not consider a ceiling beam clearance 4. Since the dimensions of a horizontal panel 41 and a vertical panel of the ceiling beam clearance 4 are set based on the extension dimensions of the ceiling beam in the horizontal direction and vertical direction where the dimensions are popularly known as the maximum, proper on site fabrications must be made to comply with the horizontal and vertical directions of a notched part of the wall 2. This construction makes it possible to set an optimum shape in conformity with an extended state of the ceiling beam 1 on the installation site. |
