<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the falling of flexible fibers on a surface caused by the softening thereof while shortening a treatment time and narrowing a warking space by pressing a base material and a skin material and heating a metal in a hot-melt adhesive by electromagnetic induction to melt the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is equipped with the flat lower bonding mold 13 having a square shape arranged on a base stand 10 and the upper bonding mold 11, which is made of a synthetic resin and formed into a box shape and has a square-shaped rear surface, provided on a vertically-movable base part 12 of a drive device and a plurality of electromagnetic induction coils 15 are arranged in the bonding mold 11. A plate-shaped wooden base material 1 and a skin material 3 are set between the upper and lower bonding molds 11, 13 so that an adhesive material 18 having the corresponding shape is interposed between both materials 1, 3 and the molds 11, 13 are clamped to excite the electromagnetic induction coils 15 for a predetermined time. By this constitution, metal foil 18b generates heat by electromagnetic induction to melt a hot-melt film 18a.</p> |
