The quick heating and sterilizing device for dental technology, odontology, microsurgery, aesthetics tools and similar according to the present invention consists of: a central unity (UC) for the transformation of the net alternating current and, for the parallel feeding of a plurality of working units (UL), with low tension and high frequency alternating current; one or more working units (UL), provided with a shaped structure (1), containing the solenoid or induction element (3) so as to form an ambient (2) being the seat of the variable, high frequency electromagnetic field, inside which, following to the insertion of the metal tool (S), and due to the variations of the flow of the magnetic induction vector, induced parasitical high frequency currents are created that develop heat due to the Joule effect increasing, in a very short time period of a few seconds, the temperature of said tool, allowing to obtain the fusion temperature of the collected materials like wax or similar.
