<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a conveying apparatus which has small size and high efficiency and can reduce pressurized air by using the side of a carriage crossed over a conveying passage for injecting pressurized air from fine holes as a reaction plate of a linear motor. CONSTITUTION:A conveying conduit 2 disposed at the inside center of a stator 1 is formed in a square-shaped section, and fine holes 2d are opened at upper side 2b and both sides 2c. Magnetic members 3 are disposed on both inside walls of the conduit 2 in response to the stator 1. Pressurized air is fed from a pressurized air suction port to the conduit 2. The carriage 4 has a U-shaped section, and disposed fixedly to at a frame to cross the conduit 2 with the lower side opened. A conductor is so constructed between the stator 1 and the members 3 at both sides of the carriage 4 to produce thrust as a reaction plate of a linear motor.</p> |
