The conceptual transmission drive in which two shafts (1,2) rotate, one inside the other and are separately joined to a third shaft (3), which is offset axially, by a crank arm (4) carrying a sliding bush (5) moving in a guide rail (6). This arm traverses the third shaft (3). The set up is such that in the rotation of the two shafts (1,2), a pulsing motion is generated one in relation with the other, but always such that the sum of the rotary motions of the two shafts corresponds to a regular rotary motion of the third shaft. The two shafts have paddles (10) fitted to them which when enclosed in a cylindrical housing (8), produce two compartments which regularly expand and contract with the regular rotation of the third shaft (3).
