Hot-laminating compound, free-draining filter structure from permeable plastic and embossed plastic sheet

The sheets of plastic used throughout the following process may take the form either of individual plates, or of bands of material. One sheet (3) is indented, forming raised knobs; the second (6) is a permeable filter material. A hot wedge (4) melts the surfaces which are about to touch; they are then pressed, and thereby locked together. The indented sheet (1) is below, the filter sheet (6) above. The knobs are pressed-in, conical in shape, the side angle between 5 and 200 degrees, height up to 20 mm, and a knob diameter 5-20 mm.
