PURPOSE:To provide an image processing system which is capable of eliminating noise to be background and clearly extracting the only target to be an object by an image processing. CONSTITUTION:The image signal from a vibration type CCD detector 12 is divided in accordance with the size of a screen in a division circuit 15, further, the divided signals are divided into two in an A/A' switch circuit 16, one of the two-divided signals is defined as a signal for background and the other one is defined as a target and background signal, the signal for background is averaged in an averaging circuit 17 within the divided range, the signal is compared with the target and background signal in a difference detection circuit 20, a target signal is extracted from the difference, further, the signal is binarized in a binarizing circuit 21, and the only target is extracted in a line detection circuit 22. |
