<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate an initialization program and speedily perform initial setting, and to variously change an initial setting pattern. CONSTITUTION:An initial pattern generating circuit 2 generates an output which variously changes among initial value patterns b1-b16 according to the output pattern of a mode register 1. Necessary bits of this initial value pattern are selectively derived by selectors 3-1-3-3 which operate at the same time with an initialization command and latched in registers 5-1-5-3 which can latch them. Consequently, the necessary initial values are latched in the respective registers at the same time with the initialization command, so initialization is performed fast without any program. The output of the mode register is varied to change the initialization value patterns, so various initial values can be set.</p> |
