<p>PURPOSE:To uniformize fastening force. CONSTITUTION:A metallic band member 12 is formed in a ring shape, and is also formed as stand-up pieces 14a and 14b to stand up both ends outside a ring. The respective stand-up pieces 14a and 14b are made diametrically contractible by a penetratingly passing fastening screw 18, and projecting strips 20a, 20a and 20b which project in the outside direction and extend in the circumferential direction, are formed on a circumferential surface of the band member 12.</p> |
