<p>PURPOSE:To perform a smooth work to insert a fluid pipe in a sheath pipe togetherwith an interleaving material, in the muffling structure of the double piping of the fluid pipe to muffle noise of collision between the fluid pipe and the sheath pipe occurring togetherwith water hammer phenomenon in a way that the flexible fluid pipe through which fluid, such as hot water and cold water, flows is inserted in the sheath pipe, having flexibility, with the interleaving material located therebetween. CONSTITUTION:An interleaving material 3 has a buffer layer 4 formed on the side making contact with the outer surface of a fluid pipe 1 and having a buffer effect and a film layer 5 making contact with the inner surface of a sheath pipe 2 and having an excellent slip. When the fluid pipe 1 is inserted in the sheath pipe 2 togetherwith the interleaving material 3, the inserting work can be effected smoothly and in a short time without exerting high slide resistance on a gap between the outer surface of the interleaving material 3 and the inner surface of the sheath pipe 2. Especially, in a spot where the sheath pipe 2 is arranged throughout a long distance or bent piping is effected, the insertion work is extremely facilitated and an eminent effect is produced.</p> |
