PURPOSE:To smooth operation by stranding the engaging section of a carrier plate on the projection of a guide rail at the top dead center of window glass, projecting a lower shoe into the notched section of the guide rail and rotating the carrier plate. CONSTITUTION:The radius of a curvature of a guide rail 25 is kept constant, and an upper shoe 23 and a lower shoe 24 are slid smoothly in the rail 25 stably. When a carrier plate 22 is lifted in both shoes 23, 24, the engaging section 27 of the plate 22 is stranded on the projection 26 of the rail 25 at the top dead center of window glass 21, and receives reaction P1. The shoe 24 is energized as shown in the arrow P2, and a part of the shoe 24 is intruded into a notched section 28. The whole plate 22 is rotated at a fixed angle at the place of the top dead center, and the inclination of the plate 22 to the rail 25 is increased. The glass 21 is fallen to the body side, and brought into contact elastically with a weatherstrip properly. Accordingly, window glass can be lifted and lowered smoothly while being able to be strongly pushed against the body side at the top dead center. |
