CONSTITUTION: A bypass valve 120 is arranged in a bypass passage 118 provided so as to detour a turbine 116, and this bypass valve 120 is controlled in accordance with an operation amount (u) obtained by a controller 130 based on a deviation between an actual value of supercharging pressure detected by a supercharging pressure sensor 110 and a target value of supercharging pressure outputted by a performance amount (characteristic value map) 126. At this time, controller parameters in the controller 130 are repetitively optimized, a model of an internal combustion engine 100 including a supercharger is set in an identification block 136, and model parameters are obtained based on the operation amount (u) and actual supercharging. Controller parameters are obtained in a synthetic block 138 based on the model parameters.</p>
