PURPOSE:To perform manufacture with high efficiency by sending out a plastic strip film to a gusset folding process intermittently, cutting the film after applying plural processes of folding to both sides of the center line of the film, adhering both sides with V-shape seal, and providing a finger hole at a cut terminal part. CONSTITUTION:The plastic strip film is sent out to the gusset process by every length of one handbag, and folds 21-24 are formed at both sides of a gusset folding bottom film 7. Then, the film is cut in a prescribed shape at every length of one handbag. Fusing is applied to fusion lines 8-9 by a seal table, and horizontal side plane film 3. 4, middle vertical side plane film 5, 6, and upper vertical side plane film 11, 12 are formed. In this way, a box shape handbag suitable for the housing of an article can be manufactured with high efficiency. |
