<p>PURPOSE:To check whether the number of objects which are taken out by layer unit from a pallet by a layer unit take-out device agrees with the sched uled number of objects (registered number of objects) or not and correct the volume of shipment simply and correctly without impeding the operation of a cargo aligning facility, if the above number differs from the scheduled number. CONSTITUTION:It is a cargo aligning method of objects by which the objects in cargo are aligned by using a layer unit take-out device 13 and an individual take-out device 95 and the objects taken out by the layer unit take-out device 13 are assorted into the objects for shipment and the objects for replenishment of a temporary storage facility 15. The number of actual objects taken out by layer unit is calculated by a measuring instrument (object pass detector 76) which is provided between the layer unit take-out device 13 and an assorting device 14. If the number of actual objects is short and smaller than the registered number of objects by layer unit, the number of objects which are replenished into the temporary storage facility by means of the assorting device is reduced by the number of objects in shortage.</p> |
