PURPOSE:To stably develop adhesive power including the preservability with lapse of time without impairing image reproducibility by incorporating an ethylenic unsatd. compd. which is combined with specific amino group-contg. monomers and has an org. silyl group into photosensitive layers. CONSTITUTION:This original plate contains the compd. expressed by formula R<1>R<2>N-(X<1>)p-(X<2>)q-NR<3>R<4>, the compd. expressed by formula R<1>R<2>-CH2-C6H4-CH2- NR<3>R<4> and the ehylenic unsatd. compd. having the org. silyl group in the photosensitive layers. In the formulas, X<1> denotes a bivalent combination group selected from 1 to 20C substd. or unsubstd. cyclic or acyclic alkylene, substd. or unsubstd. phenylene and substd. or unsubstd. aralkylene; X<2> denotes -OE<1>-, -S-E<2>-, -NH-E<3>-, -CO-O-E<4>, -SO2-NH-E<5>-; E<1> to E<5> denote bivalent combination groups similar to X<1>; (p) denotes an integer of >=1; (q) denotes 0 or an integer of >=1; R<1> to R<4> denote hydrogen atoms, 1 to 20 substd. or unsubstd. alkyl groups, etc. |
