PURPOSE:To ensure superior quality by mixing water with a water-reducing agent, cement and a hardening retarder and preparing grout having a regulated usable time. CONSTITUTION:Cement is kneaded with water and a water-reducing agent to prepare cement milk and cement milk is allowed to stand until the milk gots stiff. At the time when the cement milk begins to stiffen, a hardening retarder such as lignin sulfonate is added to the cement milk and they are kneaded again to produce the objective grout material maintaining its flowability over a long time and having a long usable time. |
