PURPOSE:To obtain uniform magnetic characteristics over the entire length of a resin magnet roller by providing a pin member composed of a non-magnetic material and having a shape corresponding to that of a shaft attaching hole in a mold and injecting a resin magnet material into the mold in a form covering the pin member to perform magnetic field injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 is constituted of split molds 1a, 1b and a resin magnet injection port 2 is formed to the split mold 1b. A pin 3 for molding a shaft attaching hole composed of ceramic is arranged to the resin magnet injection port 2 and a magnetic member is arranged to the periphery of the mold 1. Under the formation of a magnetic field due to the magnetic member, a resin magnet material is injected into the mold from the resin magnet injection port 2 in a state covering the pin 3 for molding the shaft attaching hole to perform magnetic field injection molding. Since the pin is made of ceramic, no adverse effect is exerted on the magnetization of the resin magnet material at the time of magnetic field injection molding. |
