PURPOSE: To prepare a case fit to an arbitrary product form to eliminate occurrence of wastes in cutting or defective products by sticking a polster with a rectangular cross section to cut pieces having four creases. CONSTITUTION: From a cut piece 10 with creases corresponding to a rectangle, a bottom 11, a sidewall 12 connected thereto, a lid 13 protruding from it, a sidewall 14 and a fold-back end rim 15 connected thereto are formed, and both remaining side faces are formed of polsters 16, 17 having a rectangular cross section. Before an article such as a book is put in, lower sides of the polsters 16, 17 are stuck to the bottom 11, and after the article is put in, they are coupled with the lid 13 via an adhesive applied on an upper side to cover a free end of the lid 13 by the fold-back end rim 15 for sealing. Since an initial cut piece is rectangular, patterns can be obtained without waste leaving no loss in cutting, and a package in an arbitrary form can be easily supported. |
