PURPOSE:To easily and quickly perform the recapturing processing of the logical control channel of a public base station. CONSTITUTION:In the slave unit of this digital radio telephony equipment, when an interference state is detected by a reception state detection part 3 for a frequency and a slot specified by a channel assignment message transmitted from the public base station by the logical control channel and a control part 4 judges the presence/absence of interference, defines the presence of the interference and transmits a link channel request signal and the logical control channel is to be recaptured so as to obtain the channel assignment message again from the public base station, when the logical control channel is dual waves, by directly capturing the logical control channel to which its own incoming call group belongs, the change processing of the logical control channel is unnecessitated and the processing is simplified and quickened.
