PURPOSE:To expose light passage position to a diffusion plate and to improve visibility even at a bright location by providing a diffusion member for passing and diffusing visible light and an optical member for enlarging the visible light in one-axis direction and then allowing the optical member to have a plurality of lenses. CONSTITUTION:A target plate 100 consists of a diffusion plate 102, a transmission plate 110, and a plurality of cylindrical lenses 120, 120.... The diffusion plate 102 transmits and diffuses visible light and the transmission plate 110 transmits visible light. Also, the lenses 120 correspond to optical members and the longer direction is laid out nearly parallel to at least one surface side of the transmission part 110. Then, the diffusion member transmits visible light and forms the optical member at least at one surface side of the transmission plate 102, thus forming a plurality of cylindrical lenses 120 where the longer direction of the optical member is laid out nearly parallel. Therefore, light which is exposed on and passes the transmission plate 102 does not cause glaring due to the influence of the diffusion of light, thus improving visibility even at a bright location.
