摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce electric power consumption in a general use state by horizontally setting a main optical axis in a prescribed direction and aligning the main optical axis of a main lens system and the optical axis of a lens for optical axis correction in the state where suspension is deflected by its own weight of the lens for optical axis correction. CONSTITUTION:The elastic repulsion force of the suspensions 3, 3 and the weight, etc., of the lens 2 and a moving coil mounted at this lens are so determined that the optical axis X' of the lens 2 and the main optical axis X of the photographic lens system 5 are alined when the main optical axis of the main lens system is horizontally set in the prescribed direction and the suspensions 3, 3 are deflected and moved downward by its own weight of the lens. The lens 2 deflects the suspensions 3, 3 downward by its own weight when the up-and-down direction of a video camera device is aligned in the perpendicular direction and the main optical axis X of the photographic lens system 5 is set in the approximately horizontal state in the ordinary use state. The optical axis X' of the lens 2 and the optical axis X of the photographic lens system 5 are eventually aligned when the suspensions move downward.</p>
