PURPOSE: To provide a device which has high replacement output and can be used even in long-term operation and replaces gas of blood by wetting films with water by making these hydrophilic, and supplying oxygen containing gas to the blood side from the gas side by gas passages by receiving a positive film internal external pressure difference at using time. CONSTITUTION: Films 114 and 130 are made hydrophilic, and are wetted with water at operating time, and gas passages 142 and 134 supply oxygen containing gas by receiving a positive film internal external pressure difference when viewed to the blood side from the gas side. A blood pump is arranged in the upstream or downstream of a gas replacing device. A first gas replacing device 112 such as a CO2 replacing device and a second gas replacing device 128 such as an oxygen adding device are uninterruptedly arranged in a blood circulating passage 102 outside of the body. A degassing passage 120 having a controllable air sending element 148 on the supply side and a variable gas restricting element 126 on the air exhaust side, is arranged in a degassing chamber 116 of the first gas replacing device 112, and a film internal external pressure difference in the film 114 of the gas replacing device 112 is adjusted by a film internal external pressure difference control unit 158. |
