PURPOSE:To decrease the forming man-hours by forming the abrasion resistance coating layer of the surface of a stator. CONSTITUTION:In the space surrounded with a substrate l and a case 2, a stator 6, a rotor 7, a rotor holder/spring receiver 8, which forms a unitary body with the rotor 7 by bonding to the rotor 7 with a bonding agent 15, a pressing spring 9, which presses the rotor 7 to one edge of the stator 6, and the like are contained. The stator 6 is the ring-shaped disk member. Grooves 6a are provided and arranged in the radial direction with respect to the axial center on the edge in contact with the rotor 7. An abrasion resistance coating layer 19 is formed on the surface of each tooth-shaped protruding part 6b between the grooves 6a. The rotor 7 is compressed to the abrasion resistance coating layer 19. In the steps for forming the abrasion resistance coating layer 19, at first, paint for the required layer thickness is printed on the surface of the tooth-shaped protruding part 6b of a stator with a screen printer, and thereafter burning is performed in a muffle furnace for 30-40 minutes at the temperature of 200-400 deg.C. |
