PURPOSE:To improve the handling property and dust sticking resistance of a card by decreasing charge on the surface by employing a film for a magnetic card as maintaining the adhesiveness between a base film and a magnetic paint layer, or a printing ink layer. CONSTITUTION:The film is such that a coated film is laminated over at least one surface of a white color polyester film. Coated on stretchable white polyester film is an aqueous solution consisting mainly of (A) 20-60wt.% polyester having a secondary transition point of 40-95 deg.C, (B) 10-60wt.% self-cross linking type acrylic resin and (C) 10-50wt.% unsaturated monomeric polymer containing in its molecule a formula of 30mol.% or more (in the formula, R1, R2 indicate H or CH3, X indicates alkali metal respectively). The coated film is so manufactured that it is subjected to a drying, stretching, and heat-fixing process thereafter, and the coated film has a thickness 0.5-2mum. |
