PURPOSE:To form high density coloring with writing pencil pressure and pressure of a typewriter by a method wherein coating solution is coated on a substrate having a specific wet characteristic by impacting a curtain film formed from a supplying head having a slit therewith. CONSTITUTION:A substrate wherein a diameter of spreading when water of 20ml/1000 wettability is dripped, is at least 0.7mm, is manufactured by adjusting a beating degree for controlling a length of pulp used in making paper, a surface sizing agent such as a filler, a binder, etc., or the like. Besides, a pigment such as clay, talc, kaolin, calcium carbonate, etc., is dispersed in a solvent such as water or the like. A suitable binder is added thereto to prepare a coating solution. An amount of the coating solution is preliminarily calculated. The coating solution is formed into a curtain film by pressurizing. By coating by impacting it with the substrate, carbonless copy paper is obtained. The obtained paper is excellent in both of a coloring property and antifoulancy, and has a uniform coated surface. |
