PURPOSE:To develop an anti-slipping method with an effect exhibited by a new internally adding method since there has been no conventional method except for applying anti-slipping agent on a surface of paper to give an anti- slipping effect to paper and cardboard. CONSTITUTION:In water solution wherein amphorteric ion graft starch polymer contains cation starch, amphorteric ion graft starch polymer obtained by polymerizing vinyl monomer comprising at least acrylamide and/or metacrylamide and anion vinyl monomer is added to make paper.
