THE METHOD FOR PREPARING ANTISTATIC POLYESTER FIBER WITH GOOD STABILITY

The antistatic polyester fiber having a good mechanical strength and physical or chemical properties, was prepared by a ester interchange reaction and a condensation polymerization of diol and decarboxylic acid or its ester derivatives. The polyester, a hydrophilic metallic antistatic agent(I) and a heat resistant improving agent (II; A1 is C1-3 aliphatic hydrocarbon, A2 is ethoxy group or methoxy group) were mixed and spun to give the antistatic fiber.
