A DNA probe, 10-50 bases long, includes a base sequence selected from the following formulae (1) to (5), and base sequences complementary thereto: (1) 5' TCC TGC TCT 3' (2) 5' CTC TCA CCA 3' (3) 5' ATA TAG GCC 3' (4) 5' TAC AAT TTC 3'; and (5) 5' TGT GAG TGA 3'. The probe can be used to detect an allergic disease gene, by affinity chromatography.
