PURPOSE:To make a user recognize an abnormality and move a window glass to the vicinity of an optional position when the abnormality occurs on the rotation signal. CONSTITUTION:When an abnormality occurs on the rotation signal from a rotation sensor 20 during the drive of a motor 14, a microcomputer 16 stops the motor 14 when a prescribed time elapses after the abnormality of the rotation signal is detected. A window glass is not stopped immediately by the abnormality of the rotation signal, and the motor 14 is driven for at least a prescribed time after an operation switch 12 is turned on. Even if the abnormality occurs on the rotation signal while the window glass is opened, the window glass can be moved to the vicinity of an optional position (e.g. fully closed position) then stopped when the operation switch 12 is repeatedly turned on and off. |
