PURPOSE:To prevent a data processor which can make instructions by using a mark sheet, from being misused or abused and to improve the management performance of a user by checking whether the user of an ID can use the mark sheet on the basis of the ID entered into the mark sheet or separately inputted. CONSTITUTION:A mark sheet recognition part 5 judges, for example, whether or not a bar code is entered at a specific position of image data, and converts it into code information and outputs it when detecting the bar code. A management information storage part 6 retrieves a management information table on the basis of a management number outputted from the mark sheet recognition part 6 and outputs the ID, etc., of the user who can use the mark sheet having the management number. A comparison part 7 compares the ID which is entered into the mark sheet or inputted from an operation part 3, etc., with the ID inputted from the management information storage part 6. An execution part 8 controls whether or not indication contents are executed on the basis of the comparison result from the comparison part 7. |
